Majandra's second album "Tarte" has been delayed for awhile now, but here's the news straight from our Siren's lips.

"Tarte had been delayed but now everything is back on schedule and it is only a matter of a couple months before it can be in your hands."

There has been new talk of a new Pilot Ultra, which will be staring Majandra.

Aimee Garcia and Majandra Delfino have joined CBS' drama pilot "Ultra," based on the comic book series about a single, city-girl superhero. Garcia (ABC's "George Lopez") will play the role of Kyra, while Delfino ("Roswell") will play Suzette

There is a lot of hope for this one, it seems to be spoken about everywhere, we all just hope that it gets picked up by A network so then we will have Majandra on our small screens once a week... once again. When updates become available to me, they will be available to you.

Please remember to note us with all your Majandra-related submissions and please send in your date of birth and either your favorite song, painting, or tv/movie role of Majandra's. It will be handy in the future.

Contest Update: I am still working on the small contest idea I brought up in the June 5th entry. The delay has been due to small financial glitches and the high priority work of college and home life so just thanks to everyone who showed an interest for being so patient with us. I'll keep you posted.

Just to refresh your memories... It's going to be a little art/poetry/prose challenge (The poetry/prose and art submissions will be split up into two seperate catagories. So obviously one catagory for visuals and one for the literature) and there will be prizes. So that's two chances to win. There will be a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd prize winner for each catagory if we get enough entries... And the winners will either get their choice of a favorite DA print or a suscription to DA. Still playing with all the details. It will be open to anyone on DA willing to try, but remember especially to the community members. So as always until then stayed tuned.
